We specialise in premium medium-term accommodation, alongside in-home and nursing care.

The Quarters at Forresters Beach offers boutique, accessible rooms with tropical gardens, a lagoon pool, and an on-site café and restaurant. With 24/7 support, family stay options, and a calm setting, it’s a safe place to transition home while awaiting long-term housing or modifications.

FAQs

The Quarters is a supported short to medium term accommodation setting for people who cannot safely return home yet due to housing, equipment or support needs. It is delivered in partnership with Trusted Home Care (NDIS Registered) and can be funded through NDIS, hospital discharge, private or insurance pathways.
This walkthrough is invite-only and designed for Support Coordinators, Discharge Planners, Allied Health, Social Workers, Local Area Coordinators and other professionals involved in discharge planning, referrals or housing transitions.
Attendees will tour accessible rooms and shared spaces, meet clinical and operational staff, and discuss suitability, referral pathways and funding options. The walkthrough is structured to help referrers understand when and how The Quarters can be used.
No preparation is required. You’re welcome to bring case questions or referral scenarios for discussion. A short feedback form will be offered at the end over morning tea.
This launch event is for professionals only. If you have a participant who may be suitable for The Quarters, expressions of interest can be made separately and assessed by the Trusted Home Care team.
Yes. Trusted Home Care provides onsite supports including daily living assistance, medication prompting, community access and care coordination. Support levels are based on individual needs and are delivered by an NDIS-registered provider with clinical oversight.
The Quarters can accommodate NDIS (including MTA, Core, SIL transitions), hospital discharge pathways, insurance-funded arrangements and private pay. All stays remain subject to clinical and funding assessment.
