Trusted Home Care accepts NDIS (MTA, Core Supports and SIL transitions), hospital discharge funding, insurance and private funding.

Trusted Home Care delivers daily living support, medication oversight and community access directly onsite. 

Participants don’t need to arrange separate providers, it’s all handled through THC.

 

Yes. Family members are welcome to visit, and on-site stay options are available, supporting continuity of care and reducing stress for participants and their loved ones.
